Those who are living cancer free, living in remission, or living with the disease are ALL survivors! But being cancer free isn't the same as living "free of cancer." Sometimes our lives are not characterized by the peace and hope that God wants us to experience. Our aim is to provide a safe, non judgmental atmosphere where we will find mutual comfort, compassion, and understanding. The Chapel's Cancer Care support group meets to mutually encourage one another to keep trusting God - to focus on what we have in Christ, the REAL "Big C", rather than on what we have (or had) in the body!
