Small Group Leaders (Ages 19+)
Small Group Leaders are adults who are committed to loving, encouraging, and influencing a specific group of students for at least one school year. To make sure that students and their Small Group Leaders have the best possible small group experience, our Small Group Leaders are paired up with a co-leader and/or a high-school-aged Assistant Small Group Leader, whenever possible.

Leading a small group is more than just a Sunday commitment - it's about investing and engaging in students' lives in powerful, meaningful ways. Aside from Sunday morning small group time, Small Group Leaders are also expected to connect with their students throughout the week, get to know the parents of their students, and plan a few small group hang-outs each school year.

Assistant Small Group Leaders (Ages 14-18)
Assistant Small Group Leaders are high school students who are paired up with some of our most seasoned adult Small Group Leaders, who mentor them throughout the year. Our Assistant Small Group Leaders are help these adults lead small group on Sunday mornings, put together hang-outs for their group, and learn practical ways to mentor and disciple middle school students – and they learn it all from adults who do it well!

Greeter + Registration Team (Ages 14+ / CrossPoint campus only)
Our Greeter + Registration Team helps us create a welcoming and safe environment for students. Before and after each service, our greeters station themselves by the outside doors to connect with students as they come and go, help us enforce security policies while students are being picked up, and provide basic help and direction to new families as they arrive.
