Share The Light
We fully believe that whatever God is going to do, He will do through His people. We, the church, are those people. If we want to see every man, woman and child have repeated opportunities to hear and see the gospel of Jesus Christ, we can't sit on the sidelines. This has to be more than just a Sunday to Sunday deal; we're called to more than that.
That is why we want YOU to be this year's promotion. You're not going to see any billboards with our name on it or advertisements in the mall because we want you to be inviting the people you know. This is an opportunity for you to be intentional in pursuing the people that you come in contact with day in and day out.
We know that beginning that conversation can be difficult, so we want to resource you as best as we can to break the ice. Below are a variety of options that you can use to invite people you know:
1. Visit our Christmas page at thechapel.com/christmas and click on the "Invite Friends" button on the top.
You will then see three options:
- The first is an informational flier you can print out and share that has information about the show
- The second is a link that will take you directly to our ticket page if you would like to just purchase tickets for your friends
- Third, is the option to share information about the performance via Facebook and Twitter
2. At each of our three campuses, you will see round invite cards that have general information about the performance. You can use them as is, or you will notice there is a gray box underneath the showtimes that can be used for a promo code.
What's a promo code? A promo code is essentially purchasing tickets without picking the performance. You can pay for a certain number of tickets, and a code will be generated for you to give to the person you're inviting. They'll use it at checkout when picking their performance to have the price taken off.
To purchase a promo code, go to thechapel.com/tickets. There's an option when choosing a performance to purchase a promo code.
3. Use Social Media! If you are on Facebook and Twitter, help us spread the word. Share stories with us about people that will be joining you, or even tell us how excited you are for Under Burning Stars! Just make sure you use the hashtag #ShareTheLight. We want to help create a buzz so people will want to know what it's all about.
Ultimately, we want to see people who don't know Christ have the opportunity to respond to the hope that we all know is found in Him. We're so excited for what this Christmas season will bring and we are thankful for what God is going to do!
